- Your month ends have never been so easy! On your behalf we collect rent, pay the utilities and bills, and deposit the balance directly in your bank account. Everything is done in complete transparency.
- Upon request or at the end of your financial year, we issue to you a statement of all your income and expenditures so you can review your investment or file your tax returns.
- With us, your property is in good hands. We ensure that the necessary maintenance is done to keep your property in good condition and preserve the value of your investment. We call on reputable janitorial and maintenance services to handle a property’s ongoing needs.
- Prior to or during the term of a lease, we can superintend all the property repairs and improvements that you want or have to have made to your property. We work with several independent contractors whose relationship with us is advantageous to you. You can count on our help to successfully complete your projects.
- Even when all the necessary precautions have been taken, it can happen that a situation takes an unwanted turn. If the situation calls for it, we have the expertise needed to assert your rights before the Régie du logement (Québec’s landlord and tenant Board) and the small claims courts. In the course of our 20-plus years of experience in the residential rental market we have become thoroughly familiar with Québec’s rental laws.
